Skate Wheel Rail

Characteristics:

• Wheel Diameter: 1.9”
• Wheel Capacity: 100lbs or more
• Wheel Spacing: 1-1/2” Double Staggered, 2” Single Row, 3” Single Row

DeepFlo Series 20

Speed Controller

DeepFlo® Series 20 Speed Controllers control acceleration and insure loads are conveyed safely. Each unit is pre-lubricated and requires no maintenance. Speed Controllers can be mounted in a direct or indirect tandem mounting configuration. Units are self powered and require no electric or air source.

The number of controllers required under each pallet depends on these critieria:

• Pallet weight
• Bottom boards surface
• Type of bottom boards (hard surface or soft wood)
• Bottom board thickness

DeepFlo Series 30

Standard DeepFlo Rail

DeepFlo Series 30 flow rails are designed for heavy-duty pallet loads (1000 lbs - 4,000 lbs). Series 30 rails are typically used for deep lane configurations and order picking systems.

DeepFlo Series 45

MultiTrak Roller Rail

DeepFlo Series 45 MultiTrak Roller Rails are a medium-duty rail designed for pallets with up to 2500 lbs loads. We supply individual roller components as well as Series 45 flow rails to add to any DeepFlo Series 45 system.

DeepFlo Series 50

PushBak Cart

DeepFlo Series 50 PushBak Cart Systems are ideal for Last-In First-Out systems. This system allows one to store two to six pallets deep in LIFO configuration. The product in the back is stored on a special cart that pushes forward the products flush with the front as you add items. This system can increase the efficiency of a LIFO system by as much as 75%.

DeepFlo Series 70

Full Width Roller Rail

DeepFlo Series 70 Full Width Roller Rail Systems allow for the storage of variable size/weight items on the same rack. We supply roller components and rack components for constructing or repairing Series 70 systems.

• Typically 40” bf through 60” bf
• Roller Capacity: 600lbs max.

DeepFlo Series 90

‘Z’ Rail

DeepFlo Series 90 ‘Z’ Rail Captive Pallet flow systems are ideal for flexible flow systems with variable wieght loads and minimize your maintenance costs over time. ‘Z’ Rails are used to augment the geometry of your flow system to allow intersecting rails and vertical flow systems.

DeepTrak Carton Flow

DeepTrak Carton Flow is specifically designed to accommodate all types of products. When incorporated in a complete system, DeepTrak Carton Flow is capable of storing different weights and sizes in the same system.
