The Roller centers and track width depends on:
  • Carton Weights
  • Carton Size
  • Bottom conveying surface and rigidity of the carton
DeepTrak Construction
  • Galvanized Side Frames are 2-3/16” high x 14 gauge
  • Roller Nominal Lengths: 6”, 9”, 12” and 15”
  • Rollers are ¾” diameter Aluminum
  • Axles are 3/16” galvanized steel
